MultiIndex.append(other)[source]#

Append a collection of Index options together.

Parameters:

otherIndex or list/tuple of indices

Returns:

Index: The combined index.

Examples

>>> mi = pd.MultiIndex.from_arrays([['a'], ['b']])
>>> mi
MultiIndex([('a', 'b')],
           )
>>> mi.append(mi)
