PeriodIndex.to_timestamp(self, *args, **kwargs)[source]¶

Cast to DatetimeArray/Index.

Parameters:	freq : string or DateOffset, optional Target frequency. The default is ‘D’ for week or longer, ‘S’ otherwise how : {‘s’, ‘e’, ‘start’, ‘end’}
Returns:	DatetimeArray/Index
