Return a string representing the frequency with fiscal year suffix.

This property generates a rule code string that combines the offset’s prefix with the fiscal year suffix containing the variation, starting month, and weekday information.

Returns:
str

Rule code string with format ‘PREFIX-SUFFIX’, where PREFIX is the offset’s frequency abbreviation and SUFFIX contains the variation (N for nearest or L for last), the three-letter month abbreviation, and the three-letter weekday abbreviation.
