Return a string representing the frequency with fiscal year quarter suffix.

This property generates a rule code string that combines the offset’s prefix with the fiscal year suffix containing the variation, starting month, weekday, and quarter with extra week.

Returns:

str: The rule code string in the format “{prefix}-{variation}-{month}-{weekday}-{qtr}” where prefix is the offset type prefix (“REQ”), variation is “N” for nearest or “L” for last, month is the three-letter month abbreviation, weekday is the three-letter weekday abbreviation, and qtr is the quarter number with extra week.
