Series.dt.is_quarter_end[source]#

Indicator for whether the date is the last day of a quarter.

This boolean attribute evaluates to True if the date falls on the last day of a calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31), and False otherwise.

Returns:

is_quarter_endSeries or DatetimeIndex: The same type as the original data with boolean values. Series will have the same name and index. DatetimeIndex will have the same name.

This method is available on Series with datetime values under the .dt accessor, and directly on DatetimeIndex.
